If you are not already one of our clients, the attorney-client relationship can only be established after we have discussed the matter with you, run a conflicts check, and you and we have both agreed to the terms of the engagement. Until such time as we are your lawyer and you are our client, do not send us any confidential or sensitive information. Also keep in mind in a litigation matter, we may be representing an adverse party and any information sent to us is not protected.
